The hotel staff was too kind, the room was beautiful. We arrived very late during the night and very early in the morning - still the check in and check out went smoothly and the hotel organized transport to the airport. However please be aware that some transport services on the island can be very rough - in our case the driver gathered several hotel guests from other hotels as well and brought them at first place, without knowing this in advance we were surprised to drive around 40 minutes in the night in addition.

We visited from Bangladesh. The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. The owner of the hotel Martha treated us like her family. They recommeneded us cruises and helped us to plan the entire santorini trip. The hotel is very close to Kamari beach and it has seafood restaurants and shops nearby. The bus stop is 5 minute away. The hotel is clean and very peaceful.

Great Location, near bus stop, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the beach. The Hotel is all renewed and very clean. Very nice owners, always ready to help and make your stay great. Breakfast was good and had diferent options everyday, but the fruit juices were very artificial. We Got upgraded when we arrived to the hotel.

We loved the wonderful owners and staff, the 1/2 block to the beach location, the beauty of the hotel...everything was perfect! My wife and I will be back!

Amazing hotel! Great location close to Kamari beach and loads of restaurants, boutique shops and convenience stores nearby! Just a short 15/ 20 minute drive to Thira. The hotel itself is beautiful with a lovely pool and sun terrace, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to go back!

This is a great location and the owner directly supervises everything to make sure it's perfect. The facility is beautiful and they welcome you as family.

Perfect location, only couple of steps from the beach, bus station, parking place, nightlife and restaurants, but still quiet place. Extremely clean, you could literally eat from the floor, even on the balcony. The owner pay very much attention on interiors, furniture, bathroom, garden, really everything is in like new condition (we booked superior room). It seemed as they would perfuming the air inside the facility, even in the floors it smells so good like freshly washed towels all the day, loved it. Martha the owner lady was so kind and nice, you can see, how she loves to take care of her guests. Would definitely stay here again, if we come back. <3

Excellent service beautiful place

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was fresh everyday. A small but varied selection of continental, homemade jams, cosiants, bread etc. Couldn't fault it. Perfect location less than 2mins from beach and all restaurants bars and shops. Really good area. Local bus stop around the corner to get to Fira center where you can then bus to other parts of island. Rooms cleaned daily with comfortable beds and very quiet day and night. 10/10 I would highly recommend and stay again. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Πολύ ήσυχο ξενοδοχείο. Η καθαριότητα πρέπει να είναι η πρώτη τους προτεραιότητα, βλέπετε όλη την ώρα υπαλλήλους να ασχολούνται με αυτό. Πανέμορφη πισίνα, ωραίο πρωινό. Έχουν και ωραία συλλογή από βιβλία που μπορείτε να δανειστείτε (κυρίως αγγλικά). Πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό των λεωφορείων! Πραγματικά υπέροχη διαμονή!

Απλά: ΥΠΈΡΟΧΟ!!! εσκεμμένα όλα κεφαλαία γιατί όντως η υπεροχή οφθαλμοφανης από κάθε άποψη. Καθαριότητα, φιλική σχέση με τους πελάτες, άψογο service , εν ολίγοις φεύγοντας αφησα πίσω μου φίλους που ανυπομονώ να ξαναδώ

Εξαιρετικό!!!!!!! απο κάθε άποψη. Υψηλό επίπεδο εγκαταστάσεων,παροχής υπηρεσιών, σχολαστικότατη καθαριότητα . Απλά ο απόλυτος επαγγελματισμός. Πολυ ανθρώπινοι και πολυ φιλικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες. Σχέση τιμής και παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών η καλύτερη της αγοράς. Lovely hotel,brilliant location near to beach,shops and restaurants,yet so calm and peaceful The owner Martha is lovely and makes you feel so welcome and together with her staff keep everything looking immaculate.The homemade breakfasts are wonderful.Already booked to return next year.Highly recommended..

Can't praise this beautiful little hotel enough. Martha and Yianis make you feel so welcome from the minute you check in up to the minute you leave. I genuinely can't fault the hotel in any way....I've never stayed in a hotel where the cleaners are so thorough in their cleaning...they literally take ages cleaning your room and around the pool area. We asked for an iron and ironing board and they left them with us for the whole of our stay which was really helpful. The pool is lovely and there's never any problem getting a sunbed....plenty in the shade if needed. The breakfast is amazing (we expected to eat out a couple of times during our stay....we didn't). Just returned from a relaxing week holiday at the Santellini hotel. The hotel was spotless, the rooms very comfortable and modern with a waterfall shower. The customer service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Elina who looked after us with our food and drink orders throughout the day. Martha was a wonderful hostess, welcoming and chatting to everyone at breakfast. We had a late flight home but Martha arranged a late check out room which enabled us to fully enjoy the last day of our holiday. Thank you, it was much appreciated. Location was really convenient for the beach and local bars/restaurants just a 2 minute walk away. Bus stop to Thira just around the corner, 1.80 euros each one way. This is our fourth year at Santellini. Martha and Yiannis are so welcoming and warm it’s likes home from home. All the staff are well trained and accommodating. The whole place is spotless. The rooms are comfy and bathrooms and showers are excellent. Bedding and towels are changed regularly. Breakfast is buffet style and there is something for everyone. The pool and surrounding area is quiet and clean. Martha is delightful and Yiannis is possibly the coolest man in Santorini.

Charming little hotel only few steps from the Beach boulevard. Very central location with lovely shops and good restaurants near by. Host Martha and her staff were absolutely wonderful, always smiling and helpful. Well run hotel indeed. Renting a car was effortless with the help from Elina. Extra plus from cleanliness, I don’t think I have ever stayed at a hotel so immaculately clean and fresh. Good breakfast! Stayed at room 206 on the pool side. Room was opposite of the reception but it did not bother at all. Although room is on the second floor it has its own access, a ramp to the balcony. Balcony is also double the size compared to others. Pool side rooms are probably quieter but shutters really block the noise coming from outside even though you'd get a room from street…

We’ve just got back from santellini hotel and we all wish we were still there lol we went as a party of 6 for my wife’s 50th birthday and what a lovely surprise for my wife was a table with all party stuff and wine and a great cake on the morning of her birthday,it made her day,the staff at this hotel are wonderful especially Martha and Elini whom looked after us all really well beautiful people,the cleaners never stop the place is spotless everywhere and what a lovely hotel it is,the pool is perfect the rooms are perfect with lovely shower rooms which makes a nice change ,lovely breakfast everyday and the great thing is it’s 1 minute walk onto the main kamari strip which is full of restaurants and bars but it’s not been overrun by drunks thankgod and lets hope it stays that…
